We are recruiting to build a network of strong, passionate and enthusiastic course assistants who we can assign to enterprise courses throughout the year as they are booked by schools.
Our Mission
We passionately believe that children need to develop an enterprising mindset from a young age. Our aim is inspiration, development and empowerment for every child. We want to equip them with the skills for financial freedom and to achieve success in a world where more people are choosing to be their own boss.

Over the last 4 years we have helped over 3000 pupils to launch more than 350 mini businesses and raise over £24,000 for schools and good causes.

What are we looking for?
Do you enjoy inspiring and engaging young people?

If so, we are looking for energetic and enthusiastic presenters, with prior work experience in any field, to present enterprise courses to young people aged 11-16.
​
Applicants need to be well presented, good communicators who are responsible, patient and positive. They need to work well in a team and be happy to use their initiative.
​
Courses will be offered by LifeLab throughout the year and once an assistant has chosen to be attached to a course their full commitment to the dates and times of that course will be required.
​
Course assistants are self-employed and will be paid a fee per session at the end of the course.
​
We pay at a rate of £40 per 1.5 hour session. Courses typically consist of 8-10 sessions. The last session of every course is a full school day which counts as a double session.
The Application Process
We will review all applications and those selected will be asked to attend a training day.
After the training day the successful candidates will be invited to join the team and will be asked to shadow a lead presenter for a full course at a reduced rate. Upon completion they will be quilified LifeLab assistants and will be able to assist on courses throughout the year at the full payment rate.
